*** Playa Flamenca is on the Orihuela Costa in the southern Costa Blanca. The Orihuela Costa is 16km of coast shared between six beaches which every year have been awarded the Blue Flag by the European Union for there excellent state of services, hygiene and consevation. The house is less than one mile from the beach, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Three prestigious golf courses are very close by, Villamatin just 5km away. A hire car is not essential.
There are many tourist attractions in the area to siut all tastes and within easy driving distance. Water parks, go-karting, museums, horse riding, safari parks, palm gardens, water sports including diving, the large 'parque natural', markets, shops, beaches, bowling and cinema.
The house is 45 minute drive south of Alicante airport and 20 minutes drive north of Murcia(San Javier) Airport. Playa Flamenca is easily reached from the N332 road or the AP7 toll motorway. The town of Torrevieja is a short drive or bus ride away.

The cost shown is per week for full use of house, pools and gardens. An additional charge of 70 euro is payable to the keyholder for end of stay cleaning and washing of supplied bed linen and house towels. (Please note: you need to bring your own towels for use at the beach and pool.) Dates shown are Saturday to Saturday but wherever possible we are flexible over change-over days.
A deposit of £100 (€150) is payable to secure your booking. Should you choose not to proceed with the holiday before full payment is due the deposit is not returnable.
Full payment of the amount shown above is due 8 weeks before commencement of your holiday. The deposit will be returned to you within 28 days of the end of your holiday subject to the keyholder confirming all is in order.
Cancellations after the full payment has been made: We suggest that to allow for unexpected cancellation of your holiday you take out independent insurance. Refund is subject to us being able to re-let the property.
