Why are we asking you to apply for a Registration Code?

There are three main reasons:

We want to know our advertisers to minimise the possibility of bogus properties being advertised on our site.
We want to present a selection of good quality properties so that visitors return and recommend the site to others.
We want to be able to control the number and mix of properties in any of a given location to ensure all advertisers get their fair share of exposure.

Completing the Registration Code request form.

If you decide to complete the Registration Code request form on the following page you will asked either to provide us with a link to a another web site where you are advertising the property or, if you do not currently advertise on the web, to email us some photos of your property.

We will then review your property and send you an email, normally with a Registration Code attached.

If your property is new and you can't do either of the above we can give you a temporary code which will allow you to build an advert on our system. Once this is complete we will review it and, in most cases, we will flick the switch that will allow you to make it live on the site.
We will reply to all Registration Code requests but we cannot enter into any discussions relating to a negative response.
