Terms and Conditions of these Special Offers

  1. These Special Offers relates only to properties registered while the Special Offer selected remains active on the system i.e. the Special Offer counter shown on the system Home Page shows a number remaining.
  2. Owners must be registered via the "Owner Registration" process and Properties must be registered via the "Create New Advert" process prior to the Special Offer expiring.
  3. This Special Offer relates only to Owners registered within the timeframe of the Offer and Properties registered within the timeframes of the Offer. Owners registering additional properties after the Offer has expired, will have no eligibility for their new properties. Properties which exchange hands between one Owner and another will have no further eligibility.
  4. This Special Offer is limited to 5 properties per Owner. Properties registered under previous Special Offers will count as part of the number eligible. Multiple owner registrations count as a single Owner.
  5. This Special Offer also covers any additions of eligible properties into the relevant Golf, Ski and Special Activity Indices.
  6. Should advertising be ceased at any time, the Property will no longer be eligible for free advertising should advertising be resumed at a later time.
  7. One property may not be substituted for another.
  8. Advertising in the context of this Special Offer relates to the provision of a Standard Advert or Multi-Unit Advert, a Summary Advert, inclusion in website searches and inclusion in appropriate Special Activity Indicies. These terms are defined in our Standard Terms and Conditions.
