I'm a New Advertiser? Once you have your invitation, all you need to do is click the Register Now button below or on our Home Page.
Complete the Advertiser Registration form and the Register New Advertisement processes that follow.
At this point you have 90 days in which to complete your advertisement and make it live on the 4u2-rent.co.uk site.



Already Registered? Just complete the "Register New Advertisement" process by selecting "Create new Advert" from your Owners Home Page and select the offer you wish to secure at the end of this process.

Terms and Conditions of these Special Offers

  1. These Special Offers relate only to properties registered while the Special Offer selected remains active on the system i.e. the Special Offer counter shown on the system Home Page shows a number remaining.
  2. These Special Offers relate only to Properties registered within the timeframes of the Offer. Owners registering additional properties after the Offer has expired, will have no eligibility for their new properties. Properties which exchange hands between one Owner and another will have no further eligibility.
  3. These Special Offers are limited to 5 properties per Owner. Properties registered under previous Special Offers will count as part of the number eligible. Multiple owner registrations count as a single Owner.
  4. These Special Offers also cover any additions of eligible properties into the relevant Golf, Ski and Special Activity Indices.
  5. Should advertising be ceased at any time, the Property will no longer be eligible for free advertising should advertising be resumed at a later time.
  6. One property may not be substituted for another.
  7. Advertising in the context of these Special Offers relates to the provision of a Standard Advert or Multi-Unit Advert, a Summary Advert, inclusion in website searches and inclusion in appropriate Special Activity Indices. These terms are defined in our Standard Terms and Conditions.
  8. Offers do not cover charges for Non-Reciprocal Links (Reciprocal Links are free).
  9. The 5 Year offer does not include SMS Text Messaging.
  10. There is no obligation to renew after the initial Special Offer period and we do not record any credit card details.

Claiming your Introduction Bonus

  1. Every time a new owner you recommend successfully applies for an invitation and makes at least 1 property live you will receive an Introduction bonus of free advertising for 1 year.
  2. To claim your bonus you must have made at least 1 advert live on our system and the owner you are recommending must successfully apply for an invitation and make at least one advert live. For more information on obtaining an invitation please see our Invitation Guide
  3. If you intend creating more than one advertisement you may wish to complete those before choosing the id of the advert/Property for which you wish to claim your bonus, as once applied it cannot be changed.
  4. Give the id of the property for which you wish to claim your free advertising to the owner you are recommending and instruct them to enter it into their registration form once they have successfully applied for an invitation.
  5. If they have lost or forgotten this id at the time they register they can enter it later but it must be before they make their first advert live. So make sure they know how to contact you.
  6. Your bonus year will be applied to your account automatically and you will receive an email confirmation when the recommended owner makes their first advert live.

Terms and Conditions of Introduction Bonus

  1. This Bonus offer applies to all recommendations where the recommended owner successfully applies or an invitation and makes at least one advertisement live on our system before midnight on 31st December 2009.
  2. We will not give any reasons or enter into any discussions as to why we have refused to offer an invitation.
  3. The Terms applicable to recommended owners will be those current at the time of their registration, including any special offers that are current.
  4. The offer is limited to free advertising for 1 year for each new owner recommended irrespective of how many properties they have advertised.
  5. There is no limit on the number of new owners that can be recommended.
  6. It is the responsibility of the recommender and the recommended owner to ensure the correct code is supplied and entered.
  7. The bonus is not transferable. Once applied to an account it cannot be changed.
